Cleaning of the heat exchanger filling on
EcoReg®
+ PulsReg®/PulsReg©-Zentral
during furnace operation.
Why ?
Because the contamination of the heat storage filling the
installed heat exchanging surface and therefore the efficiency drop down to
<50%. Regenerators are controlled on the cold waste gas outlet side with a
reference input from the waste gas temperature. If the regenerator is
contaminated, the cycle time reduces up to 75% and the waste gas mass flow is
also reduced. The result is a dramatic reducing of the air preheat and therefore
a loss of power.
How ?
The build-in heat storage filling will be
vibrated by an oscillating machine. This function is controlled by the
regenerator system software. The cycle time is adjustable
according to the contamination. The waste gas fan transports the dust
particles to the filter system. |
