Foundation
The engineering office Jasper was founded in Geseke 1983 by Robert Jasper. Planning and the
advertisement of energy-plants for the industry and communities were the first business fields. After the entry of Hans Dieter Jasper in 1988, a diploma
engineer with extended and long-standing experience in process engineering and industrial combustion systems, the business activities expanded clearly and the engineering office was changed into a
GmbH.
In 1991 due to the raising demands for total solutions, Helmut Winkes, a specialist in building
furnaces, could be won as a companion. Since then the Jasper GmbH is able to supply the special fields
in thermal process engineering, building of industrial furnaces and electrical engineering as an
"all in one solution" from one hand.
Today Jasper GmbH has approximately 25 employees, in the majority certified engineers,
at the sites in Geseke (close to Kassel), Langenfeld (close to Duesseldorf) and
Quickborn (close to Hamburg).
As consulting, analysis and project engineering of such plants requires
outstanding know-how, we support all our customers from the respective
offices.
Industrial furnaces and combustion
systems
In industrial applications, for melting and smelting of metals, for glass processing, for process engineering or the thermal residue elimination we are planning and building industrial furnaces and combustion systems.
We provide repairs and retro-fitting of such plants also.
Engineering and building of
plants for an economical and eco-friendly energy consumption
Our main principle is the use of energy reasonable and economical as well as environmental
adapted.
Following these guiding principle often leads to surprising solutions. In this case we are acting
in the
following special fields, complementing each other:
How energy is used, how waste heat is recovered and provided
again to the process. These are questions within the framework of process
engineering where economical energy system solutions are necessary .
Process control techniques for measuring and controlling, software
No industrial plant can be operated today without control- and managing-systems which
embed the plant
seamlessly into complex systems and procedures. Therefore, we cross-link controls and systems (own and foreign products) on all hierarchical levels of control engineering. In this case, we use the Siemens SPS (S5/S7) by majority, proven as an industrial standard. However, custom-built controls are also configured and documented
correspondingly.
